Provide programmatic and technical support in the oversight of the acquisition of integrated C4ISR solutions for the DDG 51 (Class) and LCS 1 (Class)New Ship Construction Programs (SCN).

Provide onsite Waterfront management and technical support for C4ISR and Radio Communications Suites installed on DDG 51 (Class) ships under construction at Northrop Grumman Ships Systems Pascagoula, MS., and for west coast DDG 51 (Class) ships upon arrival in homeport to completion of the SCN period.

Provide programmatic and technical support in planning, design and execution in support of the Navy's Fleet Modernization Program.
