Anti-Tamper Engineer

On site, full time assistant to exercise administrative and managerial oversight of the Systems Engineering Process used by SPAWAR 5.1 to develop, acquire, deploy, and maintain Anti-Tamper (AT) solutions for the protection of systems from Reverse Engineering (RE) for all programs within PEO C4I, PEO Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) and PEO Space Systems (SS). Duties and responsibilities include:

  1. SPAWAR AT Execution.

  2. Oversight and concurrence of AT implementation with the appropriate Program Office within PEOs C4I, EIS and Space. AT Plan concurrence will be forwarded to the Dept of the Navy (DoN) AT Technical Authority (TA) for final DoN concurrence.

  3. Oversight of all of PEOs C4I, EIS and SS AT solutions.

  4. Assisting Program Manager's (PMs) in developing and implementing AT Plans.

  5. Selecting, managing, coordinating, and obtaining training for AT Certificate Holders (CHs).

  6. Assisting the AT TWH in informing the PEOs and PMs of any revisions to DoD AT guidance, direction, resources, and tools.

  7. Assisting the AT TWH in developing and revising guidance concerning the AT management structure, and AT Plan development, submission, and concurrence process.

  8. Promote DoN AT Awareness.

  9. Participate in all AT Technical Advisory Board (TAB) activities.

Additional responsibilities include identifying Critical Program Information (CPI), perform vulnerability assessments, participate in the development and review of system engineering plans (SEP) and system security management plans (SSMP), and will develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies along with system engineering level reviews of architecture designs with a focus on horizontal technology protection and security. Defining validation testing and analysis and execution of tests may be required. Will coordinate efforts of various DoD program offices, prime contractors, government/industry subject matter experts, and Department of the Navy Technical Authorities in determining and implementing system security engineering (SSE) requirements. Familiarity with Government accreditation requirements under the DoD Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP), DCID 6/3, and the NISPOM is required.

Experience in the following areas is an asset: Oracle, Java, C++, or TCP/IP in Linux and Sun environments. CISSP certification preferred.

BS degree in Engineering and 14 plus years of experience or MS and 5 plus years or experience. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Multi level secured communication and special requirements such as Anti Tamper, Red/Black, OPSEC and TRANSEC Preferred.

U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance.

Software Engineer (Campbell, CA)

ComGlobal Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Analex Corporation, is an exciting company that develops customized software. We also provide project management and marketing support for DOD, commercial, and foreign customers. We accomplish this through software and systems engineering development services, with a focus on integrating software applications with commercial off-the-shelf hardware.

We support the Tomahawk Command and Control System (TC2S) with software and hardware systems. One of our products, Mission Distribution System (MDS), primarily focuses on strike planning and coordination services in support of the Tomahawk® Cruise Missile Weapons System.

TC2S Operation and Status Database (TOST) is another part of our portfolio of Tomahawk Cruise Missile based products. TOST is a web based application that takes advantage of a service-oriented architecture, ASP.NET and AJAX, to provide tasking, coordination, and status tracking for the mission planning process.

Third, our Intelligence Situation Awareness Tool (ISAT) product is a tactical data fusion and analysis workstation, with command and control capabilities and a state-of-the-art 2D geographic situation awareness display.

ComGlobal is searching the country for full time, experienced software engineers to join our team as we design and code the next generation Tomahawk Command and Control and ISAT products. As part of the development team, you will be on the leading edge of object oriented design and development. You will be participating in the design, coding, and testing of solutions in a process oriented environment.
