  ComGlobal offers a highly competitive, rich benefit package. Our package covers immediate needs, including medical/dental/vision benefits, as well as more future-based needs, such as retirement savings plans and college savings plans. Because we value our employee continued growth, we also offer tuition reimbursement, training, and seminars. All benefits are effective the first of the month following the employee’s date of hire. Below is a brief description of company benefits.

Summary of Employee Benefits:

 

Medical Care

ComGlobal offers Employees health care plans from which to select the best personal care and coverage. As with all our benefits, employees are eligible for coverage the first day of the month following date of hire. ComGlobal will pay 80% of the monthly premium, with the remaining 20% contributed by the Employee on a pre-tax basis. We offer coverage choices to include the employee and their dependents, including Domestic Partners.

 

 

Dental Care

ComGlobal's self-funded dental care plan provides Employees exceptional flexibility to select the provider and service of your choice. ComGlobal's plan reimburses Employees for out-of-pocket dental-related expenses, including orthodontic and cosmetic, up to $1,250.00 per calendar year.

 

 

Vision Care

Through the nationally recognized "Vision Service Plan" (VSP), ComGlobal Employees receive a wide range of services for a $25 co-pay in most cases. While VSP is a preferred provider organization, services may be obtained from any licensed eye care professional for a reduced reimbursement.

 

 

401 (K) Retirement Plan

Employees may defer pre-tax dollars, up to the allowable limit under current law. ComGlobal will match that contribution, dollar for dollar, up to 4%.  Employees are immediately 100% vested.

 

 

Flexible Benefits

The Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows employees the opportunity to reimburse themselves for out-of-pocket health care expenses and/or dependent care expenses, with pre-tax dollars. Contributions into these accounts are made with pre-tax dollars that result in an overall reduction in taxable income.

 

 

Long-Term Disability Insurance

Coordinated with the Short-Term Disability coverage, Long Term Disability typically is available after 90 days and designed to partially replace lost wages if an Employee is unable to work. ComGlobal pays the premium for this employee benefit.

 

 

Short-Term Disability Insurance

Short Term Disability is designed to partially replace lost wages if an employee is unable to work. ComGlobal pays the premium for this employee benefit.

 

 

Group Term Life, AD&D Insurance

Through ComGlobal's carrier, a designated beneficiary may receive the equivalent of the Employee's gross annual salary, up to $150,000, in the event of Employee's loss of life due to illness or an accident. ComGlobal pays the premium for this coverage. Employees who leave ComGlobal may also convert this Plan to a personal policy.

 

 

Employee Assistance Program

ComGlobal offers an Employee Assistance Program as a confidential resource for employees. This service is available via phone or the Internet and facilitates with concerns such as Emotional Well-Being, Financial, Legal, Stress Management, and various life issues.

 

 

Credit Union

ComGlobal has partnered with KeyPoint Credit Union (formerly AEACU) and is able to offer the benefits of Credit Union Membership to our employees including checking, savings accounts, auto, home loans and more.

 

 

529 College Savings Plan

ComGlobal helps employees plan for future education expenses by sponsoring a 529 College Savings Plan through American Funds. As an employee sponsored plan the mutual fund load fees are waived.

 

 

Educational Assistance

ComGlobal supports continuing education to enhance Employees' skills development and project management for future business growth. To encourage professional development, ComGlobal reimburses a portion of eligible, work-related educational expenses, when a "B" or higher average is maintained.

 

 

Holidays/ Personal Leave

It is integral to ComGlobal’s mission to afford Employees the opportunity for balance in their personal and professional life by ensuring applicable time away from work with pay. Eligible Employees receive:

  • Six (6) regularly scheduled company-wide holidays;
  • plus accrued Personal Time Off (PTO) of at least three weeks per year.
