QinetiQ North America Closes Acquisition of Analex Corporation
McLean, VA; Fairfax, VA - March 14, 2007
- QinetiQ North America Operations LLC (QNA) today announced
it has completed the acquisition of Analex Corporation
(Amex: NLX), pursuant to the terms of an agreement and plan
of merger which was signed on January 20, 2007. QNA has
successfully completed a tender offer for Analex’s shares at
a price of $3.70 per share.
