Bill Little
Mr. Bill Little is Vice President of Tomahawk Programs.
He began his career at ComGlobal in 1999 as a program
manager directing the development of the PC Mission
Distribution System. Prior to becoming Vice President of
Tomahawk Programs, Mr. Little served as Senior Program
Manager overseeing the development of the Mission
Distribution System (MDS) and managing the customer and
fleet support teams working out of San Diego CA, Norfolk VA,
Arlington VA, Washington DC, Abbey Woods UK, and Honolulu
HI.
He was a Program Manager with Raytheon Systems in San
Jose, CA from 1997 to 1999. At Raytheon Systems, he directed
a team of 25 software and systems engineers developing the
Mission Data Processor (MDP) for PMA-282. Mr. Little was
employed by McDonnell Douglas Missile Systems in Arlington,
VA from 1994 until 1997. He is a retired Naval Limited Duty
Officer with 19 years experience in Weapons Repair (Nuclear
Weapons Repair, Nuclear Weapons Security). He earned a B.S.
in Information Systems Management from the University of
